Welcome to Ummi Vending Machines (“Ummi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our vending machines, website, or any services offered via Ummi, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Ummi vending machine or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Our Products
Ummi provides vending machines that dispense:
● Ready-to-eat meals and snacks
● Smoothies via robotic blending machines
● Over-the-counter (OTC) pharmacy products
● Custom vending solutions
All products are provided as-is and are subject to availability. Nutritional, allergy, and ingredient information may be provided but is not guaranteed to be exhaustive.
3. Payments
All transactions are processed via cashless payment methods (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In the event of a failed transaction, your card will not be charged.
4. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
● The product was not dispensed due to machine malfunction.
● The product was expired, damaged, or unfit for consumption.
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours with proof of transaction and product issue.
5. Machine Malfunction
If the machine fails to dispense your selected product or malfunctions in any way:
● Do not attempt to tamper with or open the machine.
● Report the issue immediately via the support contact provided on the machine.
We are not responsible for delays, missed meals, or any inconvenience caused due to technical issues.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
While we strive to keep all products safe and fresh, we do not assume liability for allergic reactions or medical side effects unless due to gross negligence.
OTC items are not substitutes for professional medical advice. Smoothie and food contents may contain allergens including (but not limited to) dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy.
Please check labels and consume responsibly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Ummi shall not be held liable for:
● Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Loss of income, data, or reputation resulting from use of our machines or website
● Injuries or health issues resulting from misuse or overconsumption of any item
8. Privacy
Your data is collected only as needed to complete transactions and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data without consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
